With planning, you’ll have us by your side every step of the way. We’ll handle all the legwork to assemble the perfect team for your big day based on your budget. You still get a say in partnering together to make your day what you dream of. This Package starts upon booking.

Planning includes:

- Client Management Portal (Honeybook and Aisle Planner)

- Site visit

- Unlimited Access for meetings as needed

- Vendor referrals and management

- Contract review

- Budget assessment/tracking

- Creation of design plan to include: mood board, floral and linen recommendations, color palette, and custom floor plans- Planning checklist with to-do’s outlined throughout the process (don't guess what you need to do)

- Oversight of additional design elements including lighting design and tablescape decor recommendations

- Management of all logistics & Set-up

- Coordination with venue staff

- Creation and distribution of event day timeline to all vendors and VIP’s

- Run rehearsal prior to wedding day (1 hr)

- Execute event day according to timeline and ensure all vendors are accounted for

- Oversee breakdown of the event and ensure all personal items are returned to client

Honorary BFF

For the couple who enjoys planning alone and doesn't need help with vendor coordinations or design, but wants to start relaxing and enjoy their upcoming wedding day by hiring a professional to execute their plan.  This package officially starts 1 month prior to the wedding. 

Includes:

- Month/Day of Coordination

- Client planning portal with Digital Planning tools

- Site Visit & Planning Session

- Full Day of Management and logistics

- Coordinate Rentals/Borrowed Closet

- Venue Set-up (Venue and Bride’s Decor)

- 10 Hours on site

INVESTMENT STARTS AT $1200

Basic BFF

For the Couple who doesn't need/want anyone to manage their event, but wants a professional to take the burden of setting up their ceremony and Reception space. 

Includes:

- Budget review & assistance

- Site Visit

- Planning Session

- Design & Layout suggestions/tips

- Complete Venue Set-Up (*ask about flipping a ceremony/reception space)

- 5 Hours On Site

Low Key BFF
